If you are struggling,
or your child is,
if your problems won't go away
or they feel too big...
I can help.
I have been working with adults, couples, parents and children for over 21 years.
I am an experienced therapist and senior clinical psychologist providing talking therapies to adults, couples, parents, young people, children and families, offering help with relationships, mental health problems, anxiety, depression, and emotional difficulties.

In addition to giving tips, techniques and a toolbox to work through life's challenges and strengthen resilience, I also wholeheartedly believe that you can learn to accept yourself just as you are, and that change in your life is always possible - no matter how bad things seem right now.

Whatever you are struggling with today, I can help you have an anxiety-free future.
"A therapist who is able to put you totally at ease and always seems to have helpful advice to offer that actually works! He is perceptive, kind, patient and he really listens and doesn’t ever judge. I highly recommend him."
- L. M

"Walking into Mike’s therapy room was the single best decision we have ever taken. We were deeply stuck in a very unhappy marriage; Mike guided us to an understanding and appreciation of ourselves and what was true for us in a compassionate way..."
- C. & S.
